Make analysis run during editing

Issue: Cppcheck needs to be run on a file. Writing the text buffer to a temp file is somewhat problematic as preprocessors settings are lost

This issue has been deemed to best be resolved by updating cppcheck to either support temp files or text input (expected in cppcheck release 2.20)

An option could be to add a --temp-file option. Example usage:

cppcheck --project=A --file-filter=B --temp-file=C

=> Cppcheck will fetch settings for B from A and use those during analysis of file C

I ran into the same issue when thinking how to adapt --file-filter=- for the CLion plugin. Will check if I have any notes or local changes on this - or even a ticket.
