Bug: Auggie module is not reporting in task mode in latest versions

There are no useful logs that could help here everything looks like it should have kicked off the task, but for some reason agentapi never becomes available when using the auggie module.

This was discovered when testing this PR #494  but the PR itself should be unrelated to the issue.
