Eventually replaced by Split view, Page drill ins, and modals.

Slide panel is widely used because it was one of the only layout components available. With terra-application v2 more layout options are available.

Look into migrating the current slide panel to be more accessible because of it's broad user base.

• Component is a bad pattern and should be deprecated.
