Improve field/deployment configuration mechanism

# Summary
We currently have field configurations for the blackboard.
We want to extend this configuration mechanism by the default field/ball/goal sizes for different leagues to support both the small, medium and large size of the humanoid league setup.

The field and ball to use should then be choosable during our deployment scripts.
