UI Bug: Time range in VM metrics is not working

problem

Time ranges work correctly for "1 hour", "6 hours", and "12 hours". However, for "24 hours" and "All available data", only the last 12 hours of data are displayed.(This is not a bug but rather the default setting for vm.stats.max.retention.time.)
The custom time range works correctly on the first attempt, but the calendar starts behaves incorrectly upon subsequent attempts to change the range. Was disscussed in #12291

ACS 4.20.2 Looks like issue persists in version 4.22 as well.

The steps to reproduce the bug

Just try switching between different time ranges while viewing VM metrics.

What to do about it?

VM metrics statistics should display correctly according to the selected time range.Time range selection should work correctly.

@SviridoffA could you check what value does the global setting vm.stats.max.retention.time have in your environment? It probably is set to the default of 720 minutes, hence only the last 12 hours of metrics are kept in the database.

You may change it to a larger value if you want to keep more than the last 12 hours.

Thanks @winterhazel ! you're right, I had the default value set. I'll edit this issue and remove this part of the problem since it doesn't seem to be a bug.
