volume snapshot tab error 530

SUMMARY

when opening the volume snapshot tab from the UI we receive error 530.
If I try to open the volume snapshot directly from a single volume, no errors are displayed

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

open volume snapshot from the cloudstack UI

EXPECTED RESULTS

the tab is open and all the volume snapshots are displayed

ACTUAL RESULTS

we receive error 530 from the UI with the following logs from the management server
