Error with outputted TOTP code length

Behavior:
```bash
$ totp show identifier
00000000000000000000000361339639
```
where `339639` would be the TOTP code (I checked with Google Authenticator, it matches)
For paranoia reasons I have changed the code here.

What might be causing this?
