sm_70 architecture getting old #69

From this comment, looks like cudnn 9.11 dropped support for sm_70 (which is what our V100s provide). It also looks like nvcc 12.8.93 is warning about sm_70 being deprecated soon. IOW, CUDA 13 won't support them (see release notes, which mentions Volta). This will also impact pytorch and other major projects, I assume.
