Add new part with "lessons" for workshops/training sessions

Inspired by the software carpentry lessons: https://swcarpentry.github.io/shell-novice/

Having courses will allow us to encourage community members to also take up NeuroML sessions.
Ideally, we want a formal group of NeuroML instructors, community ambassadors, that can help us engage with the community.
