Zcash chain scanning will return upon finding a send to any diversifier, yet ASMR will only spend using the expected diversifier

We either need to update the diversifier to whatever is found on chain OR ignore outputs to different diversifiers. If we saved keys, this would solely be a temporary denial of service. Since we don't, this causes the ZEC to be burnt.
