Add a "one shot" sponsoring link

Actually, there is only a link to liberapay to do recurrent sponsoring.
I would suggest to add a link to paypal for example, to be able to do one shot sponsoring.

Actually, it's more a figure of speech. When you make a donation via liberapay, you pay all the year and one year later, liberapay ask you if you want to restart payment. So, a one shot sponsoring is already possible in reality.

I am torn, I am pretty sure that the presentation of a regular subscription can afraid some ones, but on the other hand, I am pretty sure that it is the best approach because it could gives visibility to the author (in theory, in practice, the amount of donations is absolutely minuscule in regard to the amount of work).

Were you talking about the github page or the donations dialog in the program ?
