NPCs stuck on certain workshop campaign maps

On map_06, Tray-Mod's campaign, the vast majority of combine spawned at points in the map cannot navigate to the center. This was tested with no other addons on Lambda and on Sandbox, where in Sandbox they could navigate to the center correctly and in Lambda they could not.

Have u tested the Lambda develop branch or are you using the workshop version?
