Get the version number of builtin

The bundle info is the capgo default one of "builtin". We need a way to identify the version of the builtin bundle with the updater plugin

No super strong opinion. If editing builtin as a name has impact on other things, I'd totally settle for something like getBundleVersion which handles both builtin & OTA update bundles so that folks can use that for error tracking, bug reports, and showing version in the UI somewhere.
